Tuesday night marks our first speaking event of the year.  Barbara Watson, a hiring manager for the National Weather Service and Penn State graduate, will be leading a talk on opportunities for undergraduates in the National Weather Service.  She will be discussing resume tips, NWS job criteria, research, volunteer/paid internships, and course credit.  This talk should be very beneficial, especially for those interested in one day entering the public sector.

Time: 7 PM. Tuesday, September 16th.

FOOD: There will be Chick-Fil-A provided at the event!

We will be accepting dues ($10) for those of you who haven't paid yet.  If you would like to take advantage of the $20 dues/psubams t-shirt deal, respond to this so we can bring your shirt to the meeting.  If you can't make the meeting, let me or any officer know so we can work out a time to get your dues.
